3-5 YEAR OLDS
Fun, uplifting classes inspire a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative session, we combine simple yoga poses with songs, puppets and stories that engage social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility.
6-10 YEAR OLDS
This playful class promotes self-expression and improves social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, dance, pose and play yoga in this energy releasing class.
11-13 YEAR OLDS
Children will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. They will learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Tweens/Teens will learn self-respect and respect for others while practicing fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and stretching with yoga straps and blocks.
